Daley and Shawn were absolutely amazing. The photos are them cleaning/doing the job and the aftermath. I appreciate how kind, helpful, and patient they were. My anxiety has definitely decreased since speaking with them and watching them  do such an amazing job. Both were so detailed in their job. My basement feels brand new! Daley is very kind and patient and answered both my and my mother’s questions which is highly appreciated since this is my first time encounter mitigation/cleaning. They deserve all the praise and even salary increase. Not many people work or do such physical labor to the perfection like they did. These guys were referred to me by my plumber Quick Pro Plumbing. Initially, I thought we needed only a plumber, but the situation became clear we needed a different contractor to continue moving forward with the project due to a mold assessment. Within an hour of that decision, a representative from Archer Restoration came to our house and by the next day or so we had a quote and were scheduled to get things started. The overall timeline of the job because our insurance was called in for coverage lengthened the timeline. I will say every contact I had through a couple of different departments including their Subcontractors were professional and knew what they were doing. No one is perfect. There were times when communication wasn’t what it should have been such as calling ahead to let us know someone was coming or on the way, but that’s a small issue. The end result is what really matters and these guys from start to finish did a fantastic job. We had an absolutely great experience with Archer from start to finish! Archer was called originally to help with water mitigation after we experienced a water intrusion in our home and promptly came out same day, was very communicative, and treated our home so well throughout the entire process. During the demo and subsequent abatement experiences, they were so thorough, clean, and respectful of our home! I had an outstanding experience with Archer Restoration from start to finish! After an initial leak was identified by RS Andrews, they recommended Archer Restoration to address the extensive water damage and handle the restoration, and I’m so glad they did.

Everyone I interacted with throughout the entire process was professional, kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. I actually made a video documenting the process from how it started to the final completion, and seeing the transformation has been incredible.

A special shoutout to the entire Archer team:

* Chris and his team — I can’t remember everyone’s names, but EVERYONE was fantastic!
* Dimitri, Project Manager — communicative, responsive, and kept everything moving.
* Pedro (I believe) and his team — did an excellent job with the drywall and cabinet replacement.
* Bruno and Francisco — fantastic work on the countertops and painting.
John  — great work on putting in my new faucet and hooking my dishwasher back up
* Harold and John — did a great job with the flooring installation and careful removal and placement of heavy appliances with no scratches
* Avaree and Nicole in the office — incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process.

I was also very impressed with how timely and responsive Archer was when communicating with my homeowners insurance claims adjuster. Having a restoration company that not only does quality work but also helps navigate the insurance process makes a HUGE difference during an already stressful situation.

From the craftsmanship and attention to detail to the installation, communication, kindness, and professionalism, I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Thank you to the entire Archer Restoration team for taking my home from a stressful water-damage situation to a beautiful finished space. I highly recommend them!
